The elegantly renovated 17th-century manor offers 27 rooms and suites as well as spaces for seminars and private events. Its restaurant uses organic, seasonal, local, and responsibly farmed ingredients for its gastronomic dishes. The hotel spa by Garancia is nestled the heart of a 17-acre park and features a hammam, sauna, jacuzzi, and treatment rooms. The Guinards aim to continually provide new experiences for families and couples; this year, Les Jardins de Coppélia is the source of several events celebrating 150 years of Impressionism.
