Brasserie Marion

After having spent her whole life in the celebrated establishment of her father, the Central in Trouville, Marion Van Colen just opened a new restaurant in Deauville simply called Brasserie Marion.

“At 10 years old, I knew what I wanted to be when I grew up. I was deeply in love with the restaurant, my home.” Marion trained in all the different positions of the food service industry, and when her father retired, she decided to make a new home, where she kept the brasserie spirit in a contemporary decor.

It was well worth it, since her father’s regular customers immediately crossed the Touques river to Brasserie Marion. The menu—a bistronomic cuisine with a modern flair—changes 3 times per year, balanced between seafood, fish, and meat. Imagine enjoying the side of veal à la normande or the slow- cooked roast beef on the peaceful, sun-soaked terrace. Reservations are strongly recommended on weekends.
