Le Comptoir Du Bec D'or
Originally, the Bec d’Or (Golden Beak) was a poultry farm serving the biggest gastronomic restaurants in the region. Pierre Soetaert then created the Comptoir du Bec d’Or (Golden Beak Counter), featuring the freshest, most exceptional products before adding a selection of gourmet trays and cooked dishes. Today, Pierre is developing a bistro and a buggy business. Comptoir du Bec d’Or is a family-owned shop where they sell the famous poultry raised onsite as well as an entire range of select local products. For over 2 years, the shop has also offered platters of cured meats, cheeses, BBQ fixings, and stews, all of which sell like hot cakes! On request, Pierre organises buffets for 2 to 100 people for private and professional events. The new rotisserie brings back the tradition of roast chicken for Sunday lunch updated for today’s tastes without forgetting the famous bacon potatoes.
