At Ama, Véronique Marti unites her two passions, cooking and decor. At this warm, inviting restaurant–boutique concept, the thrill of travel reigns in the international cuisine and artisanal decor. Véronique’s daughter Paola and the Iranian head chef, Javad, each put their influences and inspirations into the dishes. Among the décor, you will find exceptional carpets from Iran, Peru, and Afghanistan; furniture from India; magnificent collections from the brand Caravane; Jars Céramistes dishware; and lights made in France by DCW and Alix D.Reynis. Véronique had wanted to create a bridge between La Maison, in the heart of Deauville, and Ama, on the peninsula facing the port. Her wish came true: the clients of La Maison and the guests at Ama now meet on both sides of the city.
