L'aquarius
The Aquarius restaurant, which is also a bar and tearoom, offers traditional gastronomic fare made with fresh and seasonal ingredients. You can’t miss the vast garden-terrace with its four palm trees that welcome you from the Trouville beach. The restaurant owes its name to the former aquarium of the emblematic seaside resort town. Franck Sannier, who also manages Honorine in Deauville, has been at the helm since 2022. He has completely renovated it so that the bar and restaurant harken back to the Belle Époque when numerous terraces sat just off the boardwalk. His son, Pierre-Henri has recently joined the team. The menu features seafood, fish, meat, risotto, salad, ice cream, and desserts.
