A former designer at a major French fashion label, Frédéric Lannel changed careers to real estate 16 years ago—an obvious path for someone educated in the love of natural stone. When he fell for the boutique in Cormeilles, he decided to create his own agency specialized in old properties.
Frédéric deals only in properties dating up to the start of the 20th century: longhouses, manors, châteaux, and structures with a beau- tiful “country” feel. He operates mainly in the Cormeilles-Pont Audemer-Bernay triangle, even if his skills often bring him well beyond.
Frédéric knows what he wants and doesn’t want: by being selective, he knows his properties intimately and puts them in harmony with a certain clientele who doesn’t come to see him by chance.
