La Dégusterie
For many years, David Raguet wanted to unite his gourmet discoveries in one place. In December 2022, he opened his beautiful store, La Dégusterie, in the heart of Pont-L’Évêque. There, you will find the best products from Normandy and beyond: a hundred local, French, and international cheeses, selected by David and aged by Rodolphe Le Meunier, a world champion in cheese ageing. Don’t miss Maison Bordier butter and yogurt, as well as charcuterie, terrines, caviar, foie gras, honey, jam, cider, and calvados. You can taste the cheeses, wines, and other products from the boutique on one of the terraces, either inside or outside. David and his team also organize pairing workshops, by appointment only, to explore the history and production of ciders and local cheeses.
