Arranged over three contiguous buildings, the Villa Lord Hamilton, the Observatoire, and the Capitainerie, the elegant rooms have their own unique furnishings, yet remain harmonious. They feature high-end equipment and come with attentive room service. The hotel’s wellness offer includes face and body treatments, a swimming pool on the edge of the cliff, and a hammam.
Gastronomic restaurant Pourquoi Pas (Why Not), managed by Chef Julien Hennote, has been the proud recipient of a Michelin star since 2019. He will surprise and delight you with the bounty of local fisherman; among his signature dishes are scallops from the Saint-Malo Bay, abalones, and blue lobster with local pork. Don’t miss the sweets of the chief pastry chef, Clara Boissay, and the cocktails of the head barman, Antony Bertin. The art deco Aquarium bar also serves lunch with a bistro-style menu. In sunny weather, Castelbrac unveils its pop-up bar, and concerts are also offered on the terrace in the high season.
