In 2021, Benjamin and Éloïse Prêtre invested in a historic restaurant on the banks of the Airou River, the charming Moulin de Beauchamps, established in 1972. Their meats, grilled over the fireplace, are their specialty, to the delight of carnivores and lovers of locally sourced ingredients. Heritage, tradition, and flavour come together at this working water mill. Their invested, passionate teams in the front and back of the house guarantee an unequalled culinary experience.
