Émilie Delarue’s work in olfactory memory trans- lated into producing natural candles, sprays, diffusers, and perfumes. With them creativity, wellbeing, and indulgence bring us into her world. Two life-changing events, a birth and a death, led Émilie to create her brand, Émilie Moon, in 2019. Her grandfather’s passing plunged her into childhood memories and, like Proust’s madeleines in reverse, from these images sprang intoxicating scents. Émilie’s collection of fragrances is a playground, a way to prolong the effects of the treatments she offers. She designs bespoke perfumes for professionals, hotels, and boutiques.
And yet this local artisan still finds time to create bouquets of dried flowers, unearth stones and crystals, lead coffee breaks for entrepreneurs, and hold workshops in creative art. The Bohemian Cafe is open from Tuesday to Saturday and can be rented out for birthdays, baby showers, and bachelor(ette) parties.
