Passion and pleasure are the watchwords that drive Stéphanie and Damien’s every day. These wine enthusiasts opened their new wine cellar in Touques in 2023, calling it Il Était Une Cave (Once Upon a Wine Cellar) to transmit the stories, craft, and products of winegrowers. They offer more than 400 references, including organic wines, biodynamic and natural wines, champagnes, spirits, and 100% Norman products (Calvados, cider, apple juice, and more). They were named among the 70 best wine merchants in France by Gault & Millau in 2013. The couple proposes thematic wine tastings one Saturday per month by enrolment.
