Les Comptoirs de Pierre
Les Comptoirs de Pierre groups several businesses: delicatessen, bistro, food truck, caterer, and more. Pierre Soetaert lets his ideas run wild to give new life to the family farm (est. 1929). His first project was l’Épicerie du Comptoir, a delicatessen which sells the farm’s beef and poultry, plus 2300 sweet and savoury items, wines, and spirits. Catering (cheese and charcuterie platters) did not take long to take off, just like the burger truck that roams the area for weddings, birthdays, baptisms, company parties, and more. In 2022 Pierre opened the Bistrot du Comptoir “for friends and hearty eaters” where no-fuss quality dishes are made with local ingredients (like poultry from the farm).
