Charles Lapierre is a botanist nursery owner “crazy about the Pays d’Auge.” Having grown up in the nursery of Cambremer, Charles comes from five generations of nurserymen. In 2011, he created a singularly unique place, a nursery in the middle of a vast expanse of greenery, to live out his passion and welcome his customers. The charming nursery is a festival of colours, welcoming in its immense gardens a wide range of trees and shrubs, like Japanese maple (no less than 150 varieties), hydrangea, dogwood, magnolia, hortensia, and Judas-tree. He has received several Saint-Jean de Beauregard awards, recognizing the best plant producers in Europe. Each year, Charles launches a new plant collection; hellebores in 2023, devilwood in 2024.
