The Saratoga Agency was founded in 1988 by Viviane Caillibot. With Chris Campuzano, her associate for 20 years, they run a young, dynamic team to boost one of the last independent real estate agencies in Deauville. Since the pandemic, properties have become scarce, and prices have skyrocketed. But the litte agency is adapting and diversifying. Specia- lizing in the selling and renting of manors, thatched homes, stone houses, apartments, and land, the agency recently began selling hotels and building complexes. “It’s not the size of the property that counts, but its charm,” explains Chris. “And what if the real luxury was lightness?” This phrase, Viviane’s motto, embodies the spirit of Saratoga. It’s how they knew to build trust among their clients, from the warm welcome to the follow-ups.
