Un Brin à l'Ouest
Matine Pasquier creates living bouquets that tell stories. In her workshop in Saint-Briac, she has been making ethical arrangements with exclusively French flowers since 2018. She does private parties, wedding scenography, unique dinners, company lunches, and high-calibre events. At her workshops, Matine likes pushing the boundaries and opening the field of possibilities via à la carte programs, private or group, by the day. On September 18, for the European Heritage Days, she is offering a new kind of floral workshop at the Château de Combourg in which 12 attendees are invited to decorate the historic dining hall before sharing lunch together, surrounded by the flowers. Matine also collaborates with journalists and photographers for décor magazines. “I break the mold. I create sensible, fresh arrangements. Sometimes just one sprig is enough to evoke an emotion.”
