Les Cancalaises
In 2020, Astrid decided to live on her passion for leatherworking and came up with Les Cancalaises sandals, Brittany’s answer to la tropézienne, the name given to sandals born in the south of France. Since Astrid makes her sandals in her workshop in Cancale, it was only natural to call them Les Cancalaises. Their fabrication is 100% artisanal, handmade, custom and to order, for children (starting at 7.5), women (sizes 3 to 8.5) and men (sizes 5.5 to 11). Chic and durable, Astrid’s sandals come in 22 colours and 4 styles. In winter, Astrid prepares her new models by working on the soles and leather, which comes from tanneries in France, Belgium or Italy. Shop onsite or online, but hurry: with the arrival of spring comes a flood of orders that doesn’t stop until autumn.
