Aux Diables Verts
In the spring of 2022, Ludovic Deschamps took over the restaurant-bar Aux Diables Verts in Cormeilles. In just one year, he and his team have gained a loyal clientele who gather around a beautiful table featuring fresh ingredients. First, you will be welcomed by Ludovic with a big smile. Then, Chef Angelo will regale you for lunch and dinner with a simple cuisine made with locally sourced meat and vegetables, fish and crustaceans from the Norman coast, and mussels on Fridays. Perhaps you will be tempted by a dessert, in particular the now-famous Chef’s Delight: two scoops of ice cream covered in warm caramelised raspberries. The bar, open from 8am, also serves coffee, soft drinks, beer and wine, and in between services, they offer toasties, crepes and ice cream.
