It was her passion for wine and her admiration for this new generation of women winegrowers that pushed Carole Gaillard to open a communication agency for events dedicated to wine in 2013.
When she decided to create her agency, Chais Elles, the environment was still very masculine, but meeting these women winegrowers made Carole want to tell their stories and shine a light on their wines. Chais Elles organises events around wine produced by women; holds tasting workshops for individuals and companies; hosts dinners with dreamy food-wine pairings; and advises wine merchants, restaurant owners, and amateurs who want to build up a wine cellar.
Her online shop can testify that she sells only her favourite wines, both quality and affordable, that tell a story—in a word, that regale! Her slogan? Chais Elles, chez vous!
