Since 2007, À la Carte has been organizing turnkey company events and private receptions in Normandy and beyond. This year, Thierry Pic is putting the pays d’Auge at the center of his event projects. “I like organizing moments of joy and togetherness, especially in my clients’ own homes,” he says. Whether for parties, weddings, or weekends, “We come to you and build around your wishes: tent, decoration, lighting, sound, catering, and entertainment.” Thierry and his team also deal in business tourism, from accommodations to specifications and custom experiences like joyrides in vintage cars, private visits to gardens and manors, hot air balloon rides, and sulky driving on the Deauville beach. Though doubling down on local experiences, À la Carte is maintaining its connection to the rest of the world: “Memorial tourism in Normandy remains key, and we continue to travel far and wide.”
